Transparent Pricing

Replace five tools. Pay less.

The average fragmented management stack costs $25–30 per seat per month — across tools that share no data and produce no intelligence. Cadence replaces all of it, starting at $12/seat/month.

About beta pricing: Cadence is currently in invitation-only beta. The pricing below reflects our general availability targets ($12 / $24 / $48 per seat per month, billed annually). Current beta participants access the platform under early-access terms. We'll provide 90+ days notice before transitioning to GA pricing.

Pricing FAQ

Answers to common questions.

What's the difference between beta pricing and GA pricing?
During beta, access is invitation-only and pricing is discussed individually with each participant. The $12 / $24 / $48 tiers reflect our general availability (GA) targets for when we open to the public. We'll provide 90+ days advance notice before transitioning any beta participant to GA pricing, and beta participants will receive preferential terms.
What's the minimum seat count?
Essentials starts at 50 seats. Professional starts at 100 seats. Enterprise is custom. Cadence is a team management platform — it's designed for organizations, not individuals. If you're below the minimums, reach out anyway and we'll find a way to work with you.
Is there an annual commitment required?
The published pricing is for annual billing. Monthly billing is available at a 20% premium. Multi-year agreements receive additional discounts. Enterprise contracts are custom.
What tools does Cadence replace?
Cadence Essentials replaces 15Five (or equivalent 1:1/goals tool), a standalone recognition platform, and your survey tool. Cadence Professional adds 9-box calibration (replacing manual calibration processes), ER case management (replacing HR Acuity or spreadsheets), and the Culture Scorecard intelligence layer. Most Professional customers consolidate 4–6 tools into one.
Do you offer a free trial?
During beta, access is by invitation only rather than open trial. We offer a live walkthrough with sample data as part of the beta request process. Once we move to GA, we'll offer a standard free trial.
How does seat counting work?
Seats are counted as any user with an active account — managers and individual contributors. Read-only HRIS sync accounts (for data ingestion) don't count toward seat limits. HR admins are included in the seat count. The exact counting methodology is confirmed in each contract.
What integrations are available?
Standard: Slack, Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet. HRIS (read): Workday, BambooHR, Rippling, ADP. HRIS (bi-directional, Professional+): Workday, BambooHR. SSO: Okta, Azure AD, Google (Enterprise). We publish our integration roadmap to beta customers.
